Introducing BootCamp Lite!. BootCamp Lite is designed for "beginning boot-campers" or for those who prefer a less intense boot camp style workout.
This one hour class will include strength training, cardiovascular exercise, core work, stretching, and more! BootCamp Lite is a full body workout that will improve your fitness,
help you lose weight, and get you strong and lean.
